Day 1: Arrival at Bali

You will enter Bali via Ngurah Rai International Airport in Tuban, Badung, Bali. Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will welcome you.

Don’t worry if this is your first time in Bali. Our driver will be waiting for you. He will carry your name tag, so you recognize him right away. Our drivers are experienced guides and English spoken. So you can be comfortable and calm on your arrival this time.

We will take you to the hotel from the airport to rest and do personal things. Enjoy your arrival in Bali. I hope you enjoy your 10 days trip to Bali. 

Day 2: South Bali

On this second day of Bali 10 days itineraries, the driver will pick you up after your breakfast. Today you will visit several places Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Uluwatu Temple, Kecak Traditional Dance, and dinner in Jimbaran.

Garuda Wisnu Kencana

Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park or GWK is a cultural park located in Ungasan village, South Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali.

Here is Bali’s mascot landmark, the Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue which depicts the god Vishnu riding a garuda bird. This statue is 121 meters high.

This place is one of the must-visit places on the South Bali travel bucket list. In this cultural park, you can watch cultural performances every day.

You can watch Barong Dance, Kecak Dance, and other Balinese dances. Once you’re done touring, you’ll have lunch here. Local dishes, Indonesian food.

 

Uluwatu Temple

Next, you will head to Uluwatu Temple to witness the beauty of the temple and the beauty of the sunset. The temple is located in Uluwatu, South Kuta, Badung Regency.

Uluwatu Temple or Pura Uluwatu is a Balinese temple atop a 97-meter cliff overlooking the ocean.

You’ll be able to see a beautiful view of the ocean, and an ancient temple with a magical atmosphere, and feel the silence.

Kecak Traditional Dance

You will witness a Kecak Dance performance at Uluwatu Temple. The show will take place from 18.00 – 19.00 WITA every day.

Kecak traditional dance is a Balinese dance drama performance. It features dozens of male dancers sitting in a circle and rhythmically chanting “cak” and raising their arms.

This dance is one of the fragments in the Ramayana when the monkeys help Rama fight Ravana.

This dance usually has a tradition that the dancers are in a state of unconsciousness or trance.

 

Jimbaran

After watching the Kecak Dance performance and exploring Uluwatu Temple and watching the beautiful sunset at Uluwatu, it’s time to continue the journey for dinner.

Day 3: Beach Tour

On day three, it is time to go to the beach. We will take you to some famous beaches in South Bali.

Tanjung Benoa

Tanjung Benoa is among the most beautiful beaches with white sand and friendly waves. Tanjung Benoa is located in South Kuta, Badung Regency, southeast of Bali Island.

Tanjung Benoa is famous as the center of watersport activities. Here you will enjoy a wide range of watersport activities, as follows:

On this beach, you can surf because the waves are large and strong enough to be very challenging. 

 

Suluban Beach

Suluban Beach is another beautiful beach in south Kuta. This beach is just like Padang-Padang Beach is a surfer’s paradise. This beach has waves that appeal to surfers.

In addition to good waves, this beach has soft white sand and beautiful scenery. The sea water is turquoise blue, so pretty.

Day 4: Nusa Penida Tour  

On this fourth day, we will take you to Nusa Penida. This tourist destination is a very beautiful place, offering a variety of places to visit. Nusa Penida is the places you can’t skip from your Bali 10 days itineraries plan. 

You will be picked up by our driver after breakfast around 07.00 AM WITA to visit Nusa Penida.

You will depart for Nusa Penida via Sanur by fast boat. By the way, you don’t need to bring a lot of stuff to Nusa Penida. You can simply carry your necessities in a backpack.  

Nusa Penida

Nusa Penida is an island in the southeast of Bali and is separated by the Badung Strait. Nusa Penida is divided into eastern, western, and southern parts. However, on this Nusa Penida tour, we will only go to eastern and western Nusa Penida.

You can choose which destination you want to go to. As an illustration, the iconic places you can visit in Nusa Penida are as follows:

Kelingking Beach

Kelingking Beach is a beach with cliffs that look like a pinky or T-Rex head when viewed from a height. This place is iconic and beautiful to photograph. You may have seen photos of this place all over social media.

Christal Bay

Christal Bay is a beach on the pier of Nusa Penida with clean white sand, clean beaches, and blue seawater. You can also snorkel in this place.

Diamond Beach

Diamond Beach is one of the beaches in eastern Nusa Penida that has a very beautiful view when you photograph it from a height. To get to the beach, you have to climb down quite a lot of stairs on the side of the cliff. This beach has soft, clean white sand.

Broken Beach

Broken Beach is an iconic spot because this beach has a cliff with a large hole. This place is famous as a photo spot. However, you can’t go down to the beach as there are no stairs to get down.

Manta Point

Manta Point is where Manta rays swim in the waters of Nusa Penida. You can snorkel while swimming with these fish.

After a day of exploring Nusa Penida, we will rest and have lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Sanur. In the afternoon, we will take you back to your hotel to rest.  

Day 5 : Ubud Tour

On this fifth day, we will take you to Ubud. After visiting the beach, you will be taken to a place that is different but no less beautiful than the beach tours in South Bali.

Ubud is famous for its natural beauty, rice fields, waterfalls, and rivers, as well as its art and culture. Put it into your Bali 10 days itineraries is worthed.  

Ubud Royal Palace

Ubud Royal Palace or Puri Saren Agung is the residence of the royal family of Ubud. Here you can watch Legong and Barong dance performances.

Ubud Market

Ubud Market is an art market that provides Balinese art and craft items that you can buy as souvenirs for your family, friends, and colleagues.

In this market, you can get relatively cheap prices and can choose the items you like with good quality.

Saraswati Temple

Saraswati Temple is a temple dedicated to the worship of Goddess Saraswati (Goddess of Knowledge). This temple is very beautiful. The building is decorated with many Balinese carvings and is made by Balinese artists.

There is also a pond with beautiful lotus flowers. You will feel tranquil when you enter this place. 

Tirta Empul Temple

Our next destination is Tirta Empul Temple. This temple is famous for having a bathing pool that is used to do self-purification by the Balinese Hindu community.

The tourists are also allowed to do this self-purification tradition by following the rules in the temple.

Alas Harum

Alas Harum is very famous for its extreme swings. You can try the swings there and adjust to your adrenaline level. You can choose a swing with a height of 15m or 25m.

In addition, Alas Harum is also known as an agro-tourism site and resort that has a coffee plantation. Here, you can also taste the delicious and worldwide Balinese luwak coffee.

 Lunch at Crispy Duck Ubud 

Finally, after exploring Ubud, it wouldn’t be complete without tasting Balinese’s signature fried duck for lunch. Hope you like it.

Day 6 : Kintamani Tour

On the sixth day, we will go to Kintamani to enjoy the view of Mount Batur and Lake Batur as well as Penglipuran Village.  

 Our driver will pick you up after breakfast. The trip is about 2 hours from the hotel to Kintamani.

So if you are still sleepy, you can continue your sleep in the car. Or you can just enjoy the scenery along the way. 

Lake Batur

In Kintamani, you will be invited to see the view of Mount Batur from Lake Batur. Mount Batur has an altitude of about 1,717 m above sea level.  

Lake Batur is a crater lake from Mount Batur that eventually turned into a lake. The watercolor is bluish-green, the water is fresh, and you can rent a boat to explore Lake Batur.

Besides exploring Lake Batur by boat, we will also bathe in the Toya Bungkah hot spring, and don’t forget to explore the Batur Geopark Museum.

Penglipuran Village

After exploring Lake Batur and its surroundings, we will visit Penglipuran Traditional Village. This is the cleanest and most organized traditional village. You can explore the village, take pictures with the locals or try to visit their homes and learn the arts there.

Bali’s Street Food

Don’t forget to try Balinese specialties such as satay lilit, mixed rice, babi guling, chicken and duck betutu, fried duck, fried tofu and tempe, and many more. 

Day 7 : Waterfall Tour

On day seventh, we will take you to go to a waterfall tour. As usual, we will pick you up after breakfast. Make sure that you are already packing your personal belonging since we will explore the waterfalls. Put the extra clothes on it. You will get wet.

Tukad Cepung

The first waterfall we will visit is Tukad Cepung. This waterfall is located in Penida Kelod, Bangli Regency.

The best-untouched waterfall in Bali continues to retain its title. The sun’s rays cascade onto the sparkling waterfall, forming a vibrant rainbow that seems to reach out directly toward you.

You can take pictures in front of the waterfall and will definitely be very beautiful.

Tibumana

Tribumana Waterfall is one of the best waterfalls in Bangli Regency, not too far from Ubud in Gianyar Regency.

This waterfall is a hidden waterfall that is very beautiful. With curtain-like water flow and also a bluish-green waterfall pool. It is truly a hidden treasure. You can release your fatigue by soaking or just playing in the water here.

Tegunungan Waterfall

The next beautiful waterfall is Tegunungan. It is located in Sukawati area, Gianyar Regency. It is also not too far from Ubud.

Day 8: Rest and Relax

On this eighth day, it’s time for you to rest after seven days of traveling around the many tourist destinations in Bali.

 Now it’s time for you to relax and enjoy the day with a spa and dinner on a cruise.

Balinese Massage

You will get a 1-hour Balinese massage and spa treatment. The therapist will massage your whole body and your tiredness will disappear.  

Sunset Cruise Dinner

Once you’re refreshed, it’s time to enjoy the sunset and dinner on the cruise. Make sure you enjoy this beautiful moment.  

Day 9 : Karangasem Tour

On the day ninth, we will go tour of Karangasem. Karangasem is a regency in Bali that has the attraction of many temples there.

Lempuyang Temple

The first temple on today’s bucket list is Lempuyang Temple. This temple has one of the iconic places, the Gate of Heaven.

The gate of Heaven is the gate of Pura Agung Lempuyang. This gate became famous because it went viral on social media a few years ago and until now it has become an icon of Pura Agung Lempuyang.

Pura Agung Lempuyang itself is the main temple and is very important for the Balinese Hindu community.

The temple is located at an altitude of 1,175 m above sea level and it is located on the top of Mount Lempuyang. This high location makes this temple a beautiful and magical place.

When you are here, don’t forget to take a picture in front of the Gate of Heaven. And don’t forget to follow all the rules in the temple if you enter the temple.

Tirta Gangga

Tirta Gangga is a water park that was once an important part of the Karangasem Kingdom, Bali. For information, the name Tirta Gangga means Tirta is water, Gangga is the Ganges river, a holy river in India.

So Tirta Gangga is a water park that has holy water that comes from the Ganges River. This place is so calm and soothing. The koi fish swimming in the pond are a pleasant sight.

  

Taman Ujung Sukasada 

Our last tour for this ninth day, visiting Taman Ujung Sukasada. Taman Ujung Sukasada is a park built by the ruler of the Karangasem Kingdom in 1901.

This park was once the resting place of the Karangasem Royal family. This park has many beautiful panoramas. Prepare your cell phone memory to capture the moment in this place.

We will have lunch in a local restaurant here with the local menu. Indonesian food and Balinese dishes. After that, we will drive you back to the hotel. 

 

Day 10: Temple  Tour

This is the last day of the Bali Tour. On this last day, we will take you to Kabupaten Badung and Tabanan and explore some places there, especially the temple tour.  

Taman Ayun Temple

The first place for the tenth day is Taman Ayun Temple. Taman Ayun Temple is a historical relic of the Mengwi kingdom, Bali.

This temple has unique Balinese architecture and has a large pond on one side.

Ulun Danu Beratan Temple

Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is a temple located on Lake Beratan. This temple is sometimes also referred to as a floating temple because it is located in the middle of Lake Beratan.

This temple is as iconic as it is famous. You can take a picture of this temple from the edge of the lake and it will appear to float.

Tanah Lot Temple

The next temple is Tanah Lot Temple. Tanah Lot Temple is located in Tabanan. This temple is very famous for its incredible sunsets and the myths that live here.

This temple is located on a rock. The sunset view from the top of the rock and this temple is really very beautiful. You can see the sunset sinking into the sea.

This temple is also an important temple in the Balinese Hindu community.

There is a myth about the sacred snake guarding Tanah Lot Temple. This snake is black and white in color and is a venomous sea snake. However, it is a sacred animal in this temple.

They say that if you have a wish, you can pray while touching this sacred snake in its cave. It is said that the wish will be granted.
